Would you like to help make Cupids Against Cancer an unforgettable event on February 6, 2010?
Pre-event and onsite volunteers are welcome!
Here are the main ways you can get involved:
Pre-Event:
Silent Auction: Volunteers are needed to contact companies to donate Silent Auction items. We also need volunteers to pick-up items from committed donors.
Sponsorship: Are you a people person? Put your talents towards a great cause and help secure corporate sponsors for this year's event.
Onsite:
At the door: Volunteers are needed to welcome guests and manage the distribution of tickets.
Silent Auction: Volunteers are needed to assist in recording winning auction bids, posting bids, and for auction item distribution.
Door Prizes: Volunteers are needed to sell door prize tickets.
Casino Tables: Volunteers are needed to manage the poker and black-jack tables.
